Sherwin Gaddis has worked with OpenEMR since 2010, helping healthcare organizations implement, customize and evolve clinical technology around real-world workflows. That experience became the foundation for Juggernaut Systems Express and Tarevo.
Years in an industry teach lessons that cannot be recreated through marketing. They reveal where implementations fail, where workflows create friction, where migrations become difficult, and when an organization's needs require a different technical approach.
